I am a DONA certified birth doula living in Wickenburg, Arizona. My passion as a birth doula is in serving the Wickenburg area along with surrounding areas including Surprise, Wittman, Peoria, Avondale, and more.
My philosophy on birth is simple. I believe that our bodies are designed to birth our babies. When we have confidence in our bodies, are well supported in labor, and create an environment that is emotionally and physically conducive to birth, the result tends to be a healthy and less traumatic birth experience.
My goal as your doula is to listen and assist you in birth options that are important to you. Every woman is so unique and their ideas of the perfect birth experience are equally unique. I will come alongside you to help you have the most satisfying and healthy birth experience possible.
